Ty Rocks!
Ok, so the last week or so, the open air pool has been undergoing a makeover by Ty Pennington and the BBC team and getting all the locals involved which has been great!
Involved in some of the film are Portisheads very own Norman and Jean Jelley, Ty met with the Jelleys several times including go to their house just down the street from us, look on FaceBook regarding save our Portisheads open air pool.... anyway the girls got together and are still in the process of making before and after scrapbooks of the pool and this is how we met Ty!

school portraits
Picked the kids up from school and Tessa came out of school with the school portrait that they have now decided to have done every 5 years and a family portrait too, later on this week they will probably come out with single portraits! Money, Money, Money! don't they know what a recession is?
Plodding Along
'don't know what the matter with me is lately, can't sleep for more than 3 hours at time (if that)
and my feet keep swelling up by the end of every day my feet are spilling out over my crocs!
But on the upside of things................. I am now a member of a team on UKS, Blooming Pages, that's us, the ladies i have chatted to so far seem really nice and definitely talented, lets hope some of that rubs off! i have learnt how to re-size a picture so it is possible to upload it into the members gallery and have even taken part in a weekly challenge and am currently thnking up a page for this week to put together too.
The team leader informed us that we have to set a challenge for people to take part in, so this is gonna be really interesting! i have managed to do 3 pages so far and they have all been uploaded and commented on, one lady even made one of the pages onto her favourites list! which i was really surprised at! And to top it all I have re-jigged the office and made it easier to work in putting more storage units on the wall and filling them up with goodies too! enjoy the pics..........

he's done it again!
that nice charming postman of mine! i was upstairs and he didn't even knock and just stuck the note thru the door saying he couldn't deliver the parcel thats twice this week!
Why do the royalmail muck things up and change routes around, the previous postman was lovely! ah well, off for a shower now then

The first of many
So, here it is, today i finally managed to set up a blog!
It will probably include my day-to-day life, scrapbooking and what I am doing with my career!
